Inviting church leadership couples to be strengthened in their life and church leadership.
Led by Paul Manwaring, a team of speakers and guest speakers will facilitate, challenge, and equip you. Business leaders, ministry leaders and others will guide you on your journey.
A maximum of 12 couples will meet together 4 times a year for 2 days. This is not just another school or conference but a learning experience. Set in an informal, luxurious and relaxing environment, the programme will be interactive, experiential, and inspirational.
Of the 7 million churches in the world, only 1 million are actually growing. While some towns and cities need fresh expressions of faith through church planting, many existing churches need a new initiative that strengthens leaders and reinforces churches.
We want to strengthen church leaders. To do this we are starting with married couples leading churches. With so many church leaders struggling with stress, loneliness, busyness and potential burnout, the need for an environment in which relational leadership strengthens leaders and the churches they represent, is self-evident.
Strengthen is not just another school or conference, of which there are many. The goal is to create a relaxed, intimate and interactive environment in a high-grade country residence. Time to rest, reflect, relax and be refreshed are essential elements of our time together.
